Our Triple Chocolate Cookie Bottle makes 16 delightfully moreish American-style cookies chewy cookies.

Stored in a reusable glass bottle and suitable for vegetarians, these beautiful bottles make the perfect gift for just about anyone - baking beginners and pro-chefs alike!

HOW TO MAKE your cookies

1. PREPARE: Line 4 baking trays with baking paper. If you do not have 4 baking trays, you can bake in batches.

2. MIX: Mix 190g of soft butter, 2 eggs, and the contents of the bottle until a soft dough has formed.

3. CHILL: Cover the bowl with cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes. Whilst the dough is chilling, preheat the oven 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5.

4. BAKE: Roll 16 balls of cookie dough. Place the balls onto the prepared baking trays, making sure they are well spaced. Bake for 15-18 minutes until they have set and are golden around the edges but still soft in the middle. Leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Put 1 tbsp of butter in a small mug and gently melt in the microwave - this should take 10-20 seconds.
  • Tip the contents of one sachet of microwave brownies mix into the mug and add 30ml (2tbsp) milk or water.
  • Mix thoroughly, then microwave on full power for 60 seconds (based on an 800W microwave - if you have a more or less powerful one, adjust
 time a few seconds either way).
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes (sorry, we know this is tough but trust us on this one - it will be HOT!).
  • Enjoy straight from the mug. To make your mug brownie even more awesome, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
