Back in September, our Baking Club box was Toffee Apple Muffins! It's a delicious twist on the Autumnal favourite but we've brought it back just in time for summer because they go SO well with ice cream! These muffins are a delightful mix of a slightly spiced sponge crammed full of apple pieces and walnuts, topped with a pretty special toffee sauce and delicious fudge pieces. We only have limited stock left, when it's gone it's gone!!
The box comes with all of the dry ingredients weighed out in the exact quantities to make 12 large muffins. Contains an easy-to-follow recipe card and a few handy extras to help you along!
