PECAN PIE SLICES - NOVEMBER 2021 BAKING CLUB BOX

This month’s bake takes inspiration from a classic Thanksgiving treat from across the pond - we’re making Pecan Pie slices!

The base of this slice is a slightly gooey sponge, made with browned butter to infuse it with a delicate nutty flavour. Each square is topped with a deliciously crunchy brown sugar and pecan topping, and drizzled with decadent white chocolate to finish.

The perfect finale for any Thanksgiving feast, but just as good with your afternoon cuppa.
