These tasty little Cheddar and Chive Swirls really pack a flavour punch. The soft white dough is filled with extra mature cheddar cheese, and a liberal sprinkling of dried chives.
This bake uses the Tangzhong method, which helps to make the dough extra soft, and stay fresh for longer. The Cheddar and Chive Swirls are best served warm, straight from the oven, and brushed with melted butter. These are truly impossible to resist!
