OVERNIGHT CIABATTA - FEBRUARY 2022 BREAD BAKING CLUB BOX

A true Italian classic, ciabatta is a light, crusty bread, with an airy structure. This recipe uses a pre-ferment (a mixture of dough made the night before the bread dough), but is otherwise simple to make, and it doesn’t require any kneading!

Very moreish dunked in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, or why not create an Italian panini with mozzarella and cured meats?
