    This bake is a winning spin on classic banana bread. The Triple Chocolate Banana Loaf, as the name suggests, is absolutely packed full of chocolate.

    The dark chocolate chip studded loaf is generously topped with milk chocolate chips and finished with a stripy drizzle of melted white chocolate. An indulgent treat, with a well-concealed healthy ingredient, and a great way of using up overripe bananas!

    With a little extra help from you, our Junior bakers will learn to make their very own caramel - adding to the list of culinary skills that will last them a lifetime. The caramel can reach very high temperatures so we suggest a little extra supervision when they get to step 2 - as always we highlight these trickier bits in bold, so you know when to lend a hand!
