    A one-off recipe and baking kit from our monthly baking club. Each month we release a new bake box, with a recipe by Michel Roux, to our Baking Club members. This is your chance to get your hands on one of our limited edition baking kits. Our April box was the delicious Bakewell Tart.

    Let us tell you more about the April box... Our Bakewell Tart is made with a crisp shortcrust pastry lined with homemade raspberry jam and a deliciously soft frangipane filling. We've decorated the top with a sweet icing and some flaked almonds for a bit of crunch. The Bakewell Tart makes a lovely teatime snack, but also a wonderful Easter dessert when served with crème fraîche or cream!
