    As we can’t easily go to Italy right now, we thought we’d bring a piece of Italy to you with this mouthwateringly flavourful garlic and rosemary focaccia.

    Focaccia is a very rewarding bake to turn your hand to. Although a reasonably simple recipe, the result is authentic and delicious. With the powerful combination of rosemary and garlic, this focaccia really packs a punch.

    This bread is so versatile, it can be topped and sandwiched with some Italian style fillings, or it is great served on the side of a pasta dish. As a serving suggestion, why not try dipping it in some classic balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
