Oatmeal and Raisin Cookie Mix Bottle




  • Our Oatmeal and Raisin Cookie Bottle makes 16 delightfully moreish American-style cookies.

    With both light and dark brown sugar to make for a deliciously rich, chewy cookie, and studded with crunchy oats and juicy raisins just bursting with flavour, these are the ideal teatime treat.

    Stored in a reusable glass bottle and suitable for vegetarians, these beautiful bottles make the perfect gift for just about anyone - baking beginners and pro-chefs alike!

HOW TO MAKE your cookies

1. PREPARE: Line 4 baking trays with baking paper. If you do not have 4 baking trays, you can bake in batches.

2. MIX: Mix 190g of soft butter, 2 eggs, and the contents of the bottle until a soft dough has formed.

3. CHILL: Cover the bowl with cling film and chill for at least 30 minutes. Whilst the dough is chilling, preheat the oven 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas Mark 5.

4. BAKE: Roll 16 balls of cookie dough. Place the balls onto the prepared baking trays, making sure they are well spaced. Bake for 15-18 minutes until they have set and are golden around the edges but still soft in the middle. Leave to cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.


Ingredients: Plain white flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, niacin, iron, thiamin), dark brown sugar (sugar, cane molasses), light brown sugar (sugar, cane molasses), raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), OATS, ground cassia cinnamon, baking powder (raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium phosphate), WHEAT flour, calcium, niacin, iron, thiamin), salt (salt, anti-caking agent (sodium ferrocyanide)).
