The starter was an inspiration of when I was young and my Grandma often made a meal much like this. Polish bread with homemade lard with crackling and herbs spreading across it, accompanied by Polish thin smoked sausage (kabanosy).
For the main dish I made mashed new potatoes with fried onions and sprinkled dill on the top. With this comes chicken breasts stuffed with cheddar cheese, parsley and butter. Yellow beans with fried bread crumbs and butter
Cook the potatoes and beans in separate pots. Cover beans with butter mixed in bread crumbs. Put butter on a pan and fry it with onions and bacon. Then pour the pan onto the potatoes and sprinkle it with fresh dill.
Hammer the chicken breasts and sprinkle it with salt and pepper, put some cheddar cheese on top and thin strips of butter laid neatly.
Carefully roll the chicken and ingredients up into a nice cylinder shape. Now break the egg and mix it with your favourite spices. Now dip the rolled chicken into it and then put the chicken in breadcrumbs. Fry it for 3 minutes on each side so it is well cooked. Rol it in tin foil and put it in the over for 20 minutes at 200 Celsius.
This dessert is mascarpone cheese with raspberry and meringue.
Take one of the mascarpone and mix it with the Nutella. Now put it at the bottom of the glass/container mix the jelly with the raspberry and wait until it hardens a bit.
Lay it down on the second layer of the glass/container (above the mix of mascarpone and Nutella).
The third layer will just be mascarpone cheese with 2tsp of double cream and add 2tsp of icing sugar.
Last level will be whipped cream and sprinkled on top will be meringue.
