Our very lucky Baking Club members were treated to a delicious winter dessert for their October box. This Sticky Toffee Drip Cake is everything you love about a sticky toffee pudding in cake form, and more! The sponge is flavoured with dates, giving it a rich, warming flavour that is perfectly complemented with the smooth buttercream and indulgent toffee sauce. We love it served slightly warm and with a scoop of ice cream to warm us up after a day out in the cold. It’s the perfect bake for winter and we just can’t get enough of it.
Sadly we're all out of Sticky Toffee Drip Cake boxes now, but as a member of the Baking Club, you get exclusive access to all our past recipes including this one!

A must for any family celebrating Christmas, our Gingerbread House baking kit is one of the best winter desserts there is, and the best part? It’s just as fun to make as it is to eat! We love the lightly spiced gingerbread biscuits, which warm you from the inside. But the real fun starts when you start to decorating this cosy little house with white chocolate made to look like snow.
While Gingerbread Houses are notoriously difficult to make, our baking kit makes it super easy! The kit comes with everything you need to make the gingerbread biscuits from scratch, including a step-by-step recipe card, all the dry ingredients perfectly measured out, all the sweet decorations you’ll need and a cake board to stand it all on.

A Yule Log makes the perfect dessert for Christmas dinner, and it’s easy to make your own with our festive baking kit. Just like all our baking kits, the Caramel Yule Log kit comes complete with all the dry ingredients you’ll need, plus a recipe card, and some handy extras to help you along too. All you need to add is eggs and double cream!
We love the light and fluffy chocolate sponge, filled with a caramel infused whipped cream and topped with a rich chocolate ganache and crunchy hazelnuts. It makes the perfect centrepiece to your festive table, and we can’t wait for you to try it.

We challenge you to find a better winter bake for Christmas Day breakfast than our Iced Cinnamon Buns. Yes, they take a bit of skill thanks to the kneading required, but these rich, delicious, sticky buns are worth the effort. You can even make them in advance by freezing the dough before you get to the baking stage, meaning all you need to do on Christmas Eve is take them out the freezer, let them return to room temperature overnight and then bake as normal on Christmas morning!
